Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope! We do not have any contractual obligations. You may start, pause, or cancel your scooping services at any time via your customer portal or by giving us a call at 888-499-POOP.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! We do not use service contracts, so you may cancel at any time. Simply give us a call or send us an email if you’d like to suspend your service. Additionally, if you’re going out of town, you can notify us with 48 hours' notice to pause your service.



How do you ensure my pet's safety?

At Poopi’s Scooping, your pet’s safety is our number one priority. All of our technicians are highly trained dog lovers who will notify you before arrival. We also send you a photo of your secured gate upon completing our cleanup. Additionally, Poopi’s Scooping uses kennel-grade disinfectant on all equipment between every visit to stop the spread of germs.

Can I request a specific cleanup day?

Yes, absolutely! We generally have several options for days that we can service your property, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your pet’s needs.

Does Poopi’s Scooping clean the entire yard?

We generally clean every area from your gate back, including the sides, backyard, kennels, flower beds, and rock areas. Additionally, we offer several options at checkout if you would like us to clean the front yard or hose off specific areas.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?

Our technicians will double-bag the waste and deposit it in your home’s garbage can. If you would like us to haul the waste away from your property, we can do so for a small upcharge of $4 per visit. You may select this option in our customer portal.

What if my dog is in the yard?

We will always send you an “On our way” notification at least 15 minutes prior to arrival. Should your dog still be in the yard when we arrive, we will knock on your door. If there is no answer, our technicians will still make an effort to clean your yard—provided your dog is known to be friendly. If your dog prevents our technician from cleaning, you will still be charged for the visit.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No. We are constantly optimizing our routes to stay efficient, so your service times may vary. However, we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs, and our technicians will always notify you when they are on the way.
