Before we start our work, you will receive a courtesy text message from one of our technicians 15 to 30 minutes before their arrival. We understand you might not be home, so all we require is clear access through your gate. For the safety of our team and your pets, we also ask that any aggressive dogs are secured indoors during the service window.

Our professional pooper scoopers are meticulous. Upon arrival, we scan your yard and follow a precise, overlapping grid pattern to ensure we miss absolutely nothing. We’re so committed to thoroughness that we often give the yard multiple walk-throughs just to be certain it’s pristine. Safety Procedures
Once your yard is thoroughly cleaned, our final check ensures your property is secure. Your technician will send you a digital photo of your closed and latched gate, for your peace of mind. We also prioritize your pet’s health by always disinfecting our equipment and shoes with a safe, kennel-grade solution before and after every visit to prevent cross-contamination.
Pet Waste Disposal
We strictly follow local and county regulations for pet waste. At every service, your technician will carefully double-bag all waste. Depending on specific local environmental rules and the service you selected, this waste will either be securely placed inside your outdoor trash bin or removed from your property and transported in our service vehicle for proper disposal at an appropriate sanitation facility. Our goal is always to provide a seamless and compliant disposal process.
